Cognizant To Acquire TriZetto for $2.7 Billion In Cash
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. said Monday that it agreed to acquire TriZetto Corp. for $2.7 billion in cash to gain more market share in healthcare technology services, WSJ reports.
