eClinicalWorks Launches Acute Care EHR & Revenue Cycle Management

Today, eClinicalWorks, announced it will launch a cloud-based platform for Acute Care EHR and Revenue Cycle Management during HIMSS18, starting at $599 per bed per month. The company is changing the landscape of acute care EHR industry by providing a modern, cloud-based platform with no upfront license fees. Hospitals will have no financial barriers to transition to eClinicalWorks.

Hamilton Healthcare System, is expanding its relationship with the company by selecting the platform and will become the first hospital to go-live in 2018. The Acute Care EHR and Revenue Cycle Management will lower the total cost of ownership for Hamilton Healthcare System when compared to industry averages.

The system will also create one unified medical record for Hamilton’s inpatient and outpatient communities, with a dashboard showing all clinical details for the emergency department, inpatient department, and operating room.

“eClinicalWorks is changing the landscape of the acute care EHR industry. Historically, health systems face large financial barriers in transitioning from their legacy EHRs,” said Girish Navani, CEO and co-founder of eClinicalWorks. “We are addressing this by providing a modern, cloud-based platform with no upfront license fees. Hospitals will have no financial barriers to transition to eClinicalWorks.”

“Starting at $599 per bed, per month, the cloud-centric Acute Care platform will provide Hamilton Healthcare System with an EHR that will reduce overall costs and reduce the efforts in implementation,” Navani said. “There is a high level of interest from new and existing eClinicalWorks ambulatory customers to select the eClinicalWorks Acute Care platform to create a unified platform. We are excited and look forward to showcasing the system at HIMSS18.”
