Fitbit Acquires Wearable Payment Assets from Digital Wallet Coin

Connected health and fitness market Fitbit Inc. has acquired wearable payment assets of digital wallet startup Coin. The deal includes  key personnel and intellectual property specific to Coin’s wearables payment platform.
