TruBridge Integrates Microsoft Dragon Copilot into EHR

What You Should Know:

– TruBridge, Inc., a healthcare solutions company announced the integration of Microsoft Dragon Copilot with its electronic health record (EHR) solution.

– The collaboration is set to enhance care delivery, bolster financial stability, and improve operational efficiency for the thousands of hospitals and health systems TruBridge serves across the country.

– The integration will empower more than 18,000 TruBridge users with Microsoft Dragon Copilot’s advanced, secure speech recognition and AI capabilities, specifically designed to support the unique needs of community healthcare providers.

Advancing Community Healthcare with AI-Powered Tools

Microsoft Dragon Copilot’s sophisticated AI and speech recognition technology will be embedded within TruBridge’s EHR, aiming to streamline clinical workflows and reduce administrative burdens for healthcare professionals. This allows clinicians to focus more on patient care and less on documentation, ultimately leading to improved efficiency and potentially better patient outcomes.

This development builds upon TruBridge’s ongoing advocacy for rural Americans and its commitment to responsible AI. TruBridge is a part of the Trustworthy & Responsible AI Network (TRAIN), an initiative announced at HIMSS 2024 in collaboration with Microsoft and other top healthcare providers, including Cleveland Clinic.

TruBridge aims to provide its extensive user base, particularly those in community and rural healthcare settings, with powerful tools to navigate the complexities of modern healthcare delivery, ensuring that technology serves as a robust support for clinicians and their patients.

“We are pleased to integrate Microsoft Dragon Copilot into our solutions and workflows,” said David Harse, General Manager, Patient Care at TruBridge. “TruBridge continues to champion equitable and innovative technology. This step further reinforces that commitment. We are proud to equip health systems nationwide with the tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care.”
