–  Infinx Healthcare, a leading provider of AI-powered solutions for patient access and revenue cycle management (RCM), today announced it has acquired the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Business of i3 Verticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: IIIV).

– The transaction strengthens Infinx’s market presence in the healthcare RCM space and expands its footprint into new customer segments, including academic medical centers and other large provider groups.

Infinx Enhances AI-Driven Healthcare Revenue Cycle Capabilities with Acquisition of i3 Verticals’ RCM Division

Infinx has acquired the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) division of i3 Verticals, furthering its commitment to delivering AI-powered, end-to-end financial lifecycle solutions for healthcare providers. This acquisition brings together complementary strengths in technology and service delivery, expanding Infinx’s capabilities and customer base.

The i3 Verticals RCM team brings to Infinx:

  • A well-established customer base, including academic medical centers
  • Long-standing industry relationships
  • Deep operational expertise in healthcare RCM

According to Jaideep Tandon, Chairman and CEO of Infinx, the acquisition complements Infinx’s technology-driven model. He noted that combining i3’s trusted service delivery with Infinx’s AI-powered platforms—spanning revenue cycle analytics, patient access solutions, and automation—will drive improved financial and clinical outcomes nationwide.
