Sheba Hospital Develops Generative AI Platform to Improve Mental Healthcare Access

What You Should Know:

– Sheba Medical Center, Israel’s largest hospital, and ARC Innovation, the innovation arm of Sheba, has announced a strategic partnership with Paradigm Health to establish a global network for clinical research.

– This collaboration aims to revolutionize the way clinical trials are conducted, making them more accessible, efficient, and patient-centered.

Leveraging AI to Optimize Clinical Trials

The partnership will utilize Paradigm’s AI-driven platform to automate key processes, enhance site selection, and improve patient recruitment, engagement, and retention. By moving clinical trials closer to patients’ homes, the platform aims to reduce costs, improve inclusivity, and accelerate the development of new therapies.

Sheba and ARC plan to expand the clinical trial platform to their global ecosystem of hospitals, utilizing Paradigm’s technology to standardize methodologies, improve access to innovative treatments, and accelerate medical research.

Benefits for Patients and Healthcare Providers

  • Increased Access to Clinical Trials: Patients will have more opportunities to participate in advanced clinical trials closer to home.
  • Reduced Burden on Providers: The platform will streamline trial operations, reducing administrative burdens and allowing healthcare providers to focus on patient care.
  • Accelerated Development of New Therapies: By improving efficiency and inclusivity, the platform will help to accelerate the development of innovative new treatments.

“Partnering with Paradigm allows us to leverage cutting-edge technologies to create a unified global network that standardizes and optimizes clinical trials, ensuring that life-saving treatments reach patients faster and more efficiently. Our co-development of the clinical trial platform of the future aligns with ARC’s mission to transform global health through innovation. With Paradigm’s cutting-edge platform, we can accelerate the pace of innovation and bring life-saving treatments to patients faster than ever before,” said Professor Eyal Zimlichman, MD, Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer at Sheba Medical Center and Founder and Director of ARC Innovation.
