Sturdy Health will leverage Notable’s platform to automate several key aspects of the patient journey, including:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Patients can now schedule appointments independently through self-serve channels, eliminating the need for phone calls and enabling scheduling at their convenience.
  • Pre-Registration: Notable automates pre-registration tasks, allowing patients to securely update demographic and insurance information online before their visit.

  • Personalized Communication: Bi-directional integration with Oracle Health allows for personalized communication using conversational AI. This two-way interaction provides a more engaging patient experience.

A Multi-Site Implementation
