- The launch program will be rolled out in Mass General Brigham’s primary care facilities throughout Massachusetts, giving more than 400 primary care providers and their patients access to Concert Health’s behavioral health services.Collaborative care is an evidence-based approach to identifying and treating patients with behavioral health conditions such as anxiety and depression in primary care settings.

Its distinctive approach and technology platform simplify the process for major healthcare systems and medical groups to incorporate its services into their overall care offerings. With an impressive team of nearly 200 highly skilled clinicians, Concert Health provides both patients and healthcare providers with remote access to behavioral health professionals, including psychiatrists and care managers. This access is available through primary care providers, pediatricians, and OB/GYNs within 24-48 hours. To date, Concert Health has provided care for over 70,000 patients, with 55% of them covered by Medicaid and Medicare.
