Cano Health Acquires Primary Care Physicians of Hollywood (PCP) to Expand Footprint in Florida

– Population health management company Canno Health acquires certain assets of the operations of Primary Care Physicians of Hollywood (PCP).

– The union of Cano Health and PCP creates one of the largest independent primary care providers in Florida with 53 facilities serving 73,000 patients.

Cano Health, LLC, a leading population health management company and operator of primary care medical centers in Florida, is thrilled to announce that it has acquired certain assets of the operations of Primary Care Physicians of Hollywood (PCP),  one of the largest and most sought-after providers of medical care for seniors in South Florida.

Acquisition Makes Cano Health the Largest Primary Care Provider in South Florida

With the addition of 11 PCP medical centers, Cano Health brings its footprint to 35 primary care medical centers in South Florida, becoming the single largest primary care provider for Miami-Dade and Broward counties.  The company will now serve over 73,000 patients, who will have a broader choice of comprehensive medical services such as wellness centers, arthritis & pain management, vascular care, optical, dental care and a disease prevention member rewards program.
