Health IT innovation center TechSpring, in partnership with InterSystems and J2 Interactive, has just announced the launch of a new software development environment to accelerate innovation for healthcare technology leaders by providing them with access to real healthcare resources and data. The environment is built on the InterSystems HealthShare® interoperability platform, and was implemented by the IT services firm J2 Interactive.
HealthShare expands TechSpring’s ability to engage with its growing roster of innovation partners, which includes Cerner Corp., Imprivata, Medecision, NTT Data, and Premier, Inc., and allows them to further test, prove, and accelerate the innovation of data management, application connectivity, data sources, and devices while creating meaningful insights from the data.With access to embedded actionable analytics and standards-based interoperability, including FHIR capabilities, RESTful web services, and HL7 —delivered via HealthShare—TechSpring partners gain a competitive advantage to go to market with user-validated innovations.
