A decade ago, many of the technologies recognized in the 2026 MedTech Breakthrough Awards—such as ambient clinical AI and real-time remote monitoring—barely existed as commercial markets. Today, these “breakthrough” solutions are integrated across the clinical workflow, enabling personalized treatment at scale and continuous health monitoring through connected devices.
