Capital Rx to Acquire Healthcare Navigation Platform Amino Health

What You Should Know:

– Capital Rx, Inc., the enterprise health technology company announced the acquisition of Amino Health and its comprehensive health navigation platform. Amino Health will now become Capital Rx’s care navigation solution, named Judi Care, significantly extending the company’s enterprise platform capabilities to nearly 60 million covered lives.

– The strategic acquisition allows Capital Rx to offer employers all the necessary components to create a holistic benefits plan design and address the persistent barriers to care that impact millions of Americans.

Introducing Judi Care: A Unified Member Experience

The newly formed Judi Care solution will provide plan members with a seamless, integrated platform to manage their health and benefits. Key features include:

  • Benefits Hub: A central platform for members to engage with all their benefits, including various point solutions.
  • Provider Cost & Quality Data: Access to provider-level insights across 200 specialties to make more informed decisions.
  • Real-time Appointment Booking: The ability to quickly review what’s covered, search for in-network providers, and schedule care appointments.
  • Prescription Drug Routing: Intelligent search and routing to drug benefits and claims history.

“Our goal at Amino has always been to simplify the consumer healthcare journey,” said John Asalone, who will be joining Capital Rx as Executive Vice President of Judi Care. “By integrating provider search, appointment booking, cost estimates, and prescription savings into one seamless experience, we are empowering people to take control of their health.”
