KardiaMobile 6L Max is powered by advanced AI to offer a wider range of arrhythmia detection.

What You Should Know:

– AliveCor, a leader in FDA-cleared personal electrocardiogram (ECG) technology, today announced the launch of its most advanced personal ECG system, the AI-powered KardiaMobile® 6L Max.

– Accompanying this device is KardiaAlert™, a first-of-its-kind feature available exclusively to subscribers of AliveCor’s KardiaCare service. Together, these innovations aim to provide users with more comprehensive detections and insights, monitor heart rhythms for potential changes over time, and alert patients to help them take informed action regarding their heart health.

Addressing the Growing Need for Proactive Heart Monitoring

Heart disease often develops slowly and without noticeable symptoms, which can lead to significant delays in diagnosis and make preventative care particularly challenging. This, combined with an aging global population and an increase in cardiac conditions worldwide, is driving a rapid growth in the demand for remote cardiac monitoring solutions. The KardiaMobile 6L Max system directly addresses this critical need by offering an accessible and affordable way for users to gain peace of mind through proactive heart health monitoring.

KardiaMobile 6L Max: A Comprehensive Personal ECG System

Described as AliveCor’s most comprehensive personal ECG system, the KardiaMobile 6L Max offers users an in-depth look at their heart health. The system includes the KardiaMobile 6L Max ECG device and a one-year subscription to the KardiaCare membership. KardiaCare provides services such as in-depth reporting on ECGs, blood pressure, and weight data, along with remote access to board-certified cardiologists. Significantly, the KardiaCare subscription now incorporates the new KardiaAlert feature.

“AliveCor is committed to innovating for patients, providers and the healthcare industry alike,” said Sanjay Voleti, Chief Business Officer of AliveCor. “With the launch of KardiaMobile 6L Max and the integration of KardiaAlert, we are proud to provide patients and clinicians with the most comprehensive AI-based heart health system available over-the-counter.”

KardiaAlert™: Detecting Subtle Changes Over Time

KardiaAlert™ is a novel feature designed to enhance early detection capabilities. It works by comparing every ECG taken by the user against their established baseline ECG, scanning for potential changes over time. This includes even subtle alterations that might not be apparent in a single, isolated recording. While such changes can sometimes be normal, they may also indicate more serious underlying conditions that could lead to a cardiac event.

If KardiaAlert™ detects a notable change, the ECG data is automatically sent to a board-certified cardiologist for further review. The system then alerts patients to these detected changes in their ECG, empowering them to have more informed and timely conversations with their own healthcare provider.

Availability

The new KardiaMobile 6L Max system, bundled with a one-year KardiaCare subscription featuring KardiaAlert™, is available for purchase now at Kardia.com. It is also slated to be “coming soon to Amazon.”
