MedeAnalytics Acquires SubPop Health to Empower Employers with Fiduciary Healthcare Benefits Management

– MedeAnalytics, a leading provider of healthcare data enrichment platforms and analytics software-as-a-service (SaaS) announced its acquisition of SubPop Health and its key assets specializing in fiduciary procurement marketplaces for employer healthcare benefits. 

– SubPop Health, originating from the Hashed Health venture studio, has a proven track record of innovation in the healthcare benefits space. Its marketplace solutions provide employers with access to a curated selection of healthcare benefits providers, fostering transparency and competition in the procurement process.

Leadership Addition

Chris Gormley, the CEO of SubPop Health, will join MedeAnalytics as General Manager of Employer Solutions & Marketplace. He will lead the development of a holistic employer-focused offering, harnessing the power of MedeAnalytics’ industry-first Health Fabric, while simultaneously propelling the growth and innovation of SubPop Health’s marketplace solutions.

Empowering Employers with Fiduciary Insights

The acquisition aligns with MedeAnalytics’ mission to provide employers with the tools and insights necessary to make informed decisions about their healthcare benefits. By integrating SubPop Health’s expertise in fiduciary procurement marketplaces, MedeAnalytics is creating a more robust and transparent environment for healthcare benefit selection.

The acquisition will allow MedeAnalytics to leverage its Health Fabric technology to develop cutting-edge employer solutions. The Health Fabric, an industry-first data enrichment platform, provides a unified view of healthcare data, enabling more precise analytics and actionable insights.
