CareCloud, provider of cloud-based practice management, electronic health records (EHR), and medical billing software and services, today announced that The Rhode Island Eye Institute has selected CareCloud’s cloud-based practice management solution, CareCloud Central, for its 20 providers across four locations. The Rhode Island Eye Institute will harness CareCloud’s practice management offering to help streamline its operations and collections processes. In addition, The Rhode Island Eye Institute will leverage Modernizing Medicine’s Electronic Medical Assistant® (EMA™), a cloud-based, specialty-specific EHR system. The two offerings provide a clinical and financial platform that can help enhance patient care and improve practice performance.

With CollectiveIQ’s rules built into CareCloud Central, The Rhode Island Eye Institute staff can now proactively fix billing issues without leaving their familiar workflows or CareCloud’s user-friendly interface.
