- Medipyxis will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Venture Medical, maintaining its standalone platform roadmap under the continued executive leadership of founder Damon Ebanks, who will serve as President of Medipyxis.

- Clinical Documentation Aligned to Coverage Mandates: Features structured wound assessment and tracking tools specifically mapped to Medicare coverage guidelines and local coverage determinations (LCDs), ensuring documentation defenses withstand heightened regulatory audits and WISeR prior authorization reviews.
