Scaling Payer Enterprise Infrastructure Across 170 Million Covered Lives
While Everlywell gained national recognition as an early direct-to-consumer at-home lab testing pioneer, the company has transformed into an enterprise B2B partner for health plans and risk-bearing provider organizations:
- Payer Scale & Penetration: Everlywell now powers diagnostics and longitudinal virtual care programs for hundreds of enterprise partners, including four of the top five largest health plans in the U.S., reaching plans that cover an aggregate 170 million insured lives.
- Clinical Reach & Household Footprint: Over the past decade, the company has delivered nearly one billion personalized health insights to 60 million individuals. In 2025 alone, approximately one in every 94 U.S. households received an Everlywell diagnostic test.
- Wrap-Around Clinical Model: Combines targeted member omnichannel engagement, drop-shipped at-home specimen collection kits, certified lab processing, and NCQA-accredited virtual care consultations to close the loop on abnormal test results.
“Everlywell’s platform brings together diagnostics, digital engagement, and connected care to help payers and employers reach members with timely, actionable health insights and clear next steps. I look forward to building a commercial organization ready to meet that need at scale,” stated Charles Cuzzell, Chief Commercial Officer.
