What You Should Know The Funding & Rebrand: New York-based Thesis Care (recently rebranded from Trovo Health) has secured $45M in Series A funding. The round was led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from CRV and Black Opal Ventures, bringing total funding to $60M. The Leadership: The company was founded in 2024 by CEO Dr. Niren Gandra and CPO Aditya Pandyaram, both former executives at the patient financial engagement giant Cedar. The Core Model: Thesis does not sell a traditional SaaS tool for hospital staff to learn. Instead, it deploys AI agents backed by its own internal team of "expert clinicians-in-the-loop." The platform executes complex clinical operations and care management workflows end-to-end, delivering the finished result directly to the provider. The Clinical Impact: Because Thesis completes the tasks autonomously, existing clinic workflows remain perfectly intact, radically reducing administrative burden. The Scale: Following successful design partnerships in 2024 and 2025, Thesis is already deployed across thousands of providers. Major clients include US Heart & Vascular, Essen Health Care, Springfield Clinic, and Allied Digestive Health.
