What You Should Know:

– Vivian Health, the largest online marketplace for healthcare talent, and Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc., a leader in workforce intelligence and enablement, today announced a strategic partnership designed to transform how agencies and healthcare facilities connect with top-tier clinicians.

– The collaboration embeds Vivian’s AI-enabled hiring technology directly into Hallmark’s workforce solutions, simplifying and accelerating the clinician placement process.

Integrating AI for Seamless Clinician Placement

This partnership focuses on bringing automation and intelligence to workflows that have traditionally been manual and time-consuming in healthcare staffing.

  • Technology Integration: Vivian’s AI-enabled hiring technology is integrated into Hallmark’s Flexible Workforce and Total Vendor Management solutions.
  • Workflow Automation: The integration facilitates the seamless submission of travel, per diem, and local clinician candidates, including nurses and allied health professionals.

Vivian Health’s proprietary AI Assistant is powered by over one million job searches and 2.7 million applications annually. It uses healthcare-specific data, such as licenses and certifications, to match candidates with the right fit across more than 250,000 job opportunities.

“We’re thrilled to extend the power of Vivian’s AI-driven hiring tools into Hallmark’s ecosystem, bringing automation and intelligence to critical workflows that have traditionally been manual and time-consuming,” said Parth Bhakta, CEO of Vivian Health.

Boosting Efficiency and Controlling Costs

The streamlined hiring process is expected to deliver measurable benefits for both agencies and health systems:

  • Recruiter Efficiency: The integration results in intelligent screening, automated profile and packet generation, and one-click submissions, which boosts recruiter efficiency and frees up time for relationship building with clinicians.
  • Faster Placement: By simplifying the journey from initial interest to final placement, the system operates more efficiently and offers clinicians a faster experience.
