– Inbox Health, a leader in patient billing and support technology, has announced that it has secured $20 million in growth equity funding and debt led by Ten Coves Capital with participation from existing investors.

– The latest round brings Inbox Health’s total funding to $55M capital. The funding will be used to accelerate the company’s mission to modernize patient billing through intelligent automation.

 AI-Powered Patient Billing Solutions

Inbox Health’s platform is designed for billing teams and automates patient billing and payments. The company also modernizes the patient support experience with clear medical bills, various payment and communication channels, and fast, empathetic AI-powered support. According to the company, billing teams that use Inbox Health report a 60% increase in collection speeds within the first 60 days.

Recent Traction

Inbox Health currently serves over 3,500 healthcare practices and more than 2.8 million patients a year. Over the past three years, the company’s revenue has grown by more than 230%, and it has increased the number of healthcare organizations it serves by 68%. The patient population has also grown by 85% in the same period.

“As our company grows, we’re focused on designing the experience patients want during the billing process—and that goes well beyond communication channels,” said Blake Walker, CEO of Inbox Health. “This growth capital allows us to study the countless interactions between patients and AI agents, optimizing for both emotional intelligence and efficiency to resolve issues faster. The market is ready for a transformation that reduces unpaid bills and makes the entire process feel more like a partnership and less like a burden for patients.”
