Targeting Three Critical Areas of Healthcare
The collaboration targets three critical areas in healthcare:
- Workforce transformation: The partnership will focus on automating administrative tasks and developing advanced digital tools to allow staff to focus on patient care. The goal is to reclaim more than 400,000 clinical hours annually through the use of AI applications.
- Personalized and proactive care delivery: The collaboration will use data analytics, AI, and digital health innovations to improve patient outcomes.
- Financial sustainability: WellSpan and HATCo will develop adaptive strategies to help navigate reimbursement changes, cost pressures, and industry disruptions.
