–  Elation Health, the clinical-first technology company powering innovation in primary care, today announced a significant expansion of its AI-powered Note Assist product to now support 12 additional languages.

–  With today’s update, clinicians can conduct patient visits in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), German, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, Tagalog, Hindi, Vietnamese, and Arabic, in addition to existing English and Spanish support.

Elation Enhances Primary Care with Multilingual AI Scribe and Strategic Partnerships

Elation’s Note Assist is a seamlessly embedded feature within its EHR platform, offering a clinician-grade AI scribe that integrates directly into the primary care workflow. Unlike standard transcription tools, Note Assist leverages patient chart context—such as medical history and clinician-defined templates—to generate precise, comprehensive clinical notes. This functionality allows it to operate as a virtual team member, improving documentation quality and reducing administrative burden.

A key advantage of Note Assist is its dynamic multilingual capability. It can detect and adapt to conversations that shift between English and other supported languages—even mid-exchange. This ensures clinicians can engage fluidly with patients and families, regardless of language preference, while maintaining clear and accurate English-language medical records. Such adaptability supports more inclusive communication and promotes consistency in clinical workflows.

Elation continues to expand its role in value-based primary care through strategic partnerships. In April, the company partnered with Seoul Medical Group, the nation’s largest Korean-American-focused Independent Practice Association, serving over 100,000 patients. This followed a collaboration with Astrana Health in the previous summer, aimed at supporting one million Americans within value-based care arrangements.
