Experity Launches AI-Powered Partner Ecosystem to Modernize Urgent Care Tech Infrastructure

What You Should Know:

– Experity, an on-demand healthcare solution provider serving 22 of the 25 largest enterprise urgent care organizations in the U.S. launches its innovative Partner Ecosystem.

– The initial rollout of AI-driven capabilities and resources within Experity’s software platform signifies a strategic investment aimed at evolving the landscape of urgent care by enhancing efficiency, creating new profit opportunities for clinics, and expanding the human impact of care teams.

– The ecosystem is designed to integrate best-in-class solutions, focusing on areas like voice AI and intelligent information transfer, to drive high performance and strong financial results for Experity customers.

A New Era for Urgent Care: Enhancing Efficiency and Patient Choice

The launch of this Partner Ecosystem is positioned as a pivotal moment for both Experity and the broader urgent care industry. “The launch of our Partner Ecosystem marks a key turning point for Experity and the industry as a whole,” said Adrian Agostini, Chief Revenue Officer at Experity. “Urgent care is at the intersection of healthcare and retail. With these partnerships, urgent care patients experience more choice and convenience, and providers experience less stress while seeing more patients and making more money.”

Inaugural Partners Driving Innovation

This first wave of partners includes ChartSwap, Medallion, Flip, and Master Clinicians, each bringing specialized capabilities to the urgent care setting:

  • ChartSwap: Adds value by streamlining the secure exchange of medical and billing records. This reduces administrative overhead and accelerates access to critical patient information, helping providers make timely, informed decisions.
  • Medallion: Strengthens the ecosystem by automating provider operations and enhancing credentialing accuracy. Its AI-driven analytics identify data gaps and payer mismatches early, reducing delays and compliance risks in administrative processes.
  • Flip: Generates customer demand by applying AI to the phone channel. This technology enables urgent care centers to significantly reduce missed calls, schedule appointments, collect payments, and offer superior customer service.
  • Master Clinicians: Enhances the human impact of providers by offering urgent care teams on-demand, continuing medical education (CME) resources. This helps clinicians using the Experity platform stay current with evolving best practices, ultimately supporting higher quality and more confident care.

Early Successes Demonstrate Tangible Benefits

The collaboration between Experity and its new partners is already yielding positive results. Clinics utilizing Experity and Medallion are experiencing less than 1% resubmission rates, achieving submission in 10 days or less, and benefiting from AI-assisted data validation. Similarly, clinics using Experity and Flip have drastically reduced their missed calls from as high as 50% down to only 5%, and have doubled their collections through effective use of SMS and email.
