– This expanded offering builds upon its robust solution already serving over 13,000 community health providers and signals the company’s deepening commitment to improving equitable healthcare access for diverse and underserved communities across the country.

– athenaOne for Community Health Centers leverages this expertise to provide a comprehensive solution designed to support whole-person care, featuring integrated workflows for medical, dental, women’s health, and behavioral health services, among others.

Addressing the Unique Challenges of Community Health

Community Health Centers (CHCs), including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), are crucial to the healthcare safety net, yet they face mounting pressures. athenaOne for Community Health Centers is designed to equip these organizations with the tools needed to navigate this complex environment while maintaining a focus on personalized, compassionate care.

The newly expanded solution offers a range of features specifically designed to meet the unique needs of CHCs:

  • Integrated Patient Records: Provides a complete, holistic view of the patient by pulling in data from various sources, including different care sites, EHRs, and payer data. This is particularly crucial for managing patients with complex needs and those impacted by social determinants of health.
