What You Should Know:

– Promptly, an All-in-One Patient Experience Suite announced a significant strategic move with the acquisition of MDprospects and the Patient Spectrum suite of tools, which includes MDprospects™, MDidentity™, Referify™, and Appointec™.

– The acquisition dramatically expands Promptly’s service offerings, enhancing its ability to supercharge practice management systems by streamlining repetitive tasks and significantly improving patient interactions for all stakeholders involved.

Integrating Established CRM and Lead Management Expertise

Central to this acquisition is MDprospects™, a premier web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead management software specifically tailored for medical practices. An innovator in the field since 2007, MDprospects™ was among the first platforms to introduce web-based efficiencies to specialty medical practices.

Originally designed as a lead tracking system guiding potential patients from initial contact to consultation and treatment, it has evolved into a comprehensive CRM solution. Its features now include targeted drip campaigns, advanced marketing tools, and integrated text messaging capabilities, empowering providers to efficiently manage patient inquiries, track leads, optimize conversion rates, and ultimately drive substantial revenue growth.

Adding Specialized Tools for Reputation, Referrals, and Scheduling

The acquisition also incorporates the multifaceted Patient Spectrum ecosystem, bringing three distinct and valuable tools under the Promptly umbrella:

  • MDidentity™: This tool focuses on reputation management, enabling practices to initiate patient reviews via email or text messages. It provides a customizable dashboard, offers seamless integrations with other systems, and leverages automation to simplify the review collection process.
  • Referify™: Designed to streamline referral management and outreach mapping, Referify™ automates critical workflows. It makes tracking referral sources, associated events, and follow-up tasks easy, proving particularly effective for physician liaisons managing complex referral networks.
  • Appointec™: This tool optimizes the crucial function of appointment scheduling. It facilitates online booking, includes features aimed at reducing patient no-shows, and helps optimize the overall schedule for providers, enhancing both practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.

“Bringing the innovative applications and platforms from MDprospects and Patient Spectrum into the Promptly family is a major win for everyone,” said Dr. Anish Kapur, Founder and CEO of Promptly. “These platforms are not just exceptional software solutions; they are unique market offerings backed by teams deeply committed to their clients. Together, they form a powerhouse for lead management, fostering strong relationships with referring providers and generating positive online reviews that amplify practice visibility. By integrating their incredible toolsets and industry insights with Promptly’s comprehensive suite of patient experience solutions, we deliver precisely what our clients have been asking for. Furthermore, pairing these platforms with Promptly’s advancing AI capabilities marks the future of intelligent practice management.”
