Prenuvo Raises $120M to Expand Whole-Body MRI Screening

What You Should Know:

– Prenuvo, a provider of proactive whole-body MRI screening raises $120M in Series B funding round co-led by Forerunner Ventures, Left Lane Capital, and existing investor Felicis.

– The company has already achieved impressive growth, surpassing 110,000 members and providing over 1.4 million personalized health insights. This success is driven by Prenuvo’s commitment to early detection and its innovative approach to whole-body MRI screening, which provides a comprehensive view of an individual’s health.

Expanding Services Beyond MRI

Building on its core strength in whole-body MRI, Prenuvo is expanding its offerings with new diagnostic tools and services:

  • FDA-Cleared AI-Powered Body Composition Analysis: Provides precise, actionable data on body composition, including visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, liver fat, muscle volume, and organ volume.
  • Brain Health Scan: Offers critical data on brain function, cognitive health, and early indicators of neurodegenerative conditions.
  • Comprehensive Blood Biomarker Assessment: A custom-built panel of blood tests provides insights into metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, and immune health.

These new services are now available as part of the “Prenuvo Enhanced” package in select locations, with plans for broader rollout in the coming months.

Global Expansion and Research Collaborations

Prenuvo is expanding its reach with plans to open 15 new clinics in North America, Europe, and Australia. The company is also actively engaged in research collaborations with leading academic centers to further advance the understanding of health, aging, and disease through the unique combination of MRI and AI.

Prenuvo has built the world’s largest private radiology group focused solely on whole-body MRI, with over 80 board-certified radiologists. The company owns and operates 17 dedicated centers across North America, ensuring a vertically integrated approach to delivering high-quality preventative healthcare.

“Prenuvo is leading a movement to make proactive healthcare accessible and transformative for everyone,” said Andrew Lacy, CEO of Prenuvo Inc. “We’re introducing a new approach to early detection that empowers individuals to take control of their health before symptoms emerge. This isn’t just about healthcare; it’s about reimagining how we approach health, using cutting-edge technology and world-class expertise to prevent disease and help people live longer, healthier lives.”
