NeuroFlow Acquires Behavioral Health Tech Firm Capital Solution Design

What You Should Know:

– NeuroFlow, a behavioral health technology and analytics company, has acquired Intermountain Health’s proprietary behavioral health analytics model. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

– The strategic acquisition significantly enhances NeuroFlow’s capabilities, enabling the company to provide more healthcare organizations with advanced risk assessment tools and improve patient outcomes on a national scale.

Enhancing NeuroFlow’s Platform

By integrating Intermountain’s sophisticated model into its existing platform, NeuroFlow empowers healthcare organizations to:

  • Improve clinical decision-making: Provides clinicians with a more nuanced and contextualized view of patient risk.
  • Enhance patient-provider engagement: Simplifies the assessment process and facilitates shared decision-making.
  • Deliver whole-person care: Accounts for a patient’s unique medical history to provide more personalized and effective care.

The collaboration will continue to focus on evolving the risk complexity model, with NeuroFlow making these enhanced capabilities available to its clients in 2025.

“Due to the highly contextualized nature of the patient’s health and family environment, the Intermountain Mental Health Integration Care Process Model developed implementation of clinical assessments and workflow protocols that accounted for the complexity of variables and combined conditions that contribute to the shared decision support needed to effectively deliver evidence-based care, said Dr. Brenda Reiss-Brennan, Mental Health Integration Implementation Science Senior Advisor at Intermountain Health. It’s proven standard clinical workflow is provided through high-functioning teams, an integrated mental and physical treatment plan, and the associated combination of targeted team resources to be allocated according to the assessed level of complexity.”
