What You Should Know:

– Scriptology, a trailblazer in tech-enabled comprehensive medication management, has announced its acquisition of RxLive, a telehealth clinical pharmacy services provider.

– This strategic move is set to bolster Scriptology’s technology capabilities, expand its market presence, and enhance its ability to deliver personalized medication management at scale.

Seamless Integration and Enhanced Patient Care

RxLive’s technology will be seamlessly integrated into Scriptology’s existing platform, empowering data-driven decision-making, comprehensive patient support, and a streamlined medication management process. This integration will enable Scriptology to save millions in development costs while boosting productivity and profitability across its partnerships.

Addressing Critical Needs in Medication Management

Scriptology, launched in March 2024, aims to revolutionize medication management by combining an extended clinical pharmacy team with an innovative technology platform. This is in response to the growing complexity of medication management in today’s healthcare environment, which contributes to adverse patient outcomes and escalating healthcare costs. With an estimated 50% of patients experiencing medication adherence challenges, the need for patient-centered solutions that bridge the gap between pharmacists, providers, and payers is more critical than ever.

RxLive’s Expertise in Telehealth and SaaS Solutions

Founded in 2017, RxLive offers a suite of telehealth services and SaaS solutions through its My.RxLive platform. Utilizing advanced machine learning and AI analytics, the company specializes in comprehensive medication management and virtual care programs, including transitions of care, MIPS and HEDIS, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases.

“This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Scriptology’s journey to redefine medication management,” said Erin Hendrick, CEO of Scriptology. “By bringing RxLive’s technology and expertise into our ecosystem, we’re adding advanced analytics and medication management capabilities that will help our clients succeed in value-based care models.”
