AvaSure Acquires Ouva’s Smart Room Solutions to Enhance AI-Powered Virtual Care Platform

– AvaSure, a provider of acute virtual care, announced today the acquisition of Ouva’s smart room solutions. This strategic move aims to accelerate the development of AI-powered virtual care solutions for hospitals. 

– By integrating Ouva’s advanced AI capabilities into its Intelligent Virtual Care Platform, AvaSure will significantly expand its offerings and enhance patient care. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. 

Expanding Ambient AI Capabilities

The acquisition will bolster AvaSure’s ambient AI capabilities, enabling hospitals to optimize patient safety, improve patient flow, and streamline staff workflows. The integration of Ouva’s technology will provide hospitals with a comprehensive suite of AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional patient care.

Building on a Successful Partnership

AvaSure and Ouva previously established a partnership to integrate Ouva’s AI capabilities into the AvaSure platform. This acquisition represents the next step in the companies’ collaboration, solidifying AvaSure’s position as a leader in AI-powered virtual care.
