What You Should Know:

– Innovaccer Inc., a leading healthcare technology company, announced the acquisition of Cured, a renowned digital marketing and CRM platform specifically designed for healthcare.

– The strategic acquisition marks a significant leap forward in Innovaccer’s mission to reshape patient care, adding over 20 health systems and digital health clients to its already impressive portfolio.

Enhancing Patient Journeys with AI and Data

The acquisition of Cured brings together two industry leaders with complementary strengths. Innovaccer’s robust data platform and AI capabilities will be combined with Cured’s expertise in patient engagement and growth strategies. This powerful synergy will enable healthcare providers to:

  • Personalize patient journeys: Cured’s library of over 80 curated, healthcare-specific journeys, combined with AI-powered insights, will allow providers to tailor communication and outreach to individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Improve outcomes: By engaging patients throughout their care journey, Cured’s solutions can help providers promote preventive care, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes.
  • Boost revenue: Cured’s platform helps healthcare organizations build stronger relationships with patients, leading to increased loyalty and potentially higher revenue streams.

Revolutionizing Healthcare CRM

This acquisition marks a significant shift in the healthcare CRM landscape. Traditional CRMs often lack the healthcare-specific data and context needed to effectively engage patients. Cured’s solutions, powered by AI and Innovaccer’s industry-leading consumer data platform, address this gap by providing:

  • Contextual engagement: Cured leverages healthcare data to deliver targeted and relevant communication, ensuring messages resonate with patients at the right time and in the right way.
  • Improved ROI: By focusing on patient engagement and outcomes, Cured’s platform can help healthcare organizations optimize their CRM efforts and maximize their return on investment.

Post-Acquisition Plans

Innovaccer is committed to ensuring a smooth transition for Cured and its team members. Cured’s three co-founders, Andrew Sawyer, Ashmer Aslam, and Rohit Narayan, will assume leadership roles within Innovaccer, bringing their expertise and innovative mindset to drive the company’s healthcare CRM strategy. Current Cured customers can expect uninterrupted service and support during this integration.

“This acquisition perfectly complements our forward strategy, which revolves around three central pillars: Value, transitioning from fee-for-service to value-based care; Experience, moving from encounter-based care to experience-driven care; and Productivity, shifting from burnout to AI-driven productivity,” said Abhinav Shashank, cofounder and CEO of Innovaccer. “We disrupted VBC by building a healthcare-specific data platform and ultimately leading the market in value-based care. We enhanced productivity by launching the largest AI healthcare solution suite, Sara. We were looking for companies who could help us enhance our Experience pillar’s focus on improving patient experiences. Cured was the perfect fit, with a team that shares our passion and innovative mindset and a compelling approach to disrupt healthcare CRM.”
