– In a significant move to expand its presence in South Carolina, Novant Health has announced the acquisition of three Tenet Healthcare hospitals and affiliated operations for approximately $2.4B. The deal, which is expected to close early next year, will bring Hilton Head Hospital, Coastal Carolina Hospital, and East Cooper Medical Center under the Novant Health umbrella.
