NowRx Launches $73M Equity Crowdfunding Round to Expand Same-Day Prescription Delivery & Telehealth Services

What You Should Know:

– NowRx, a Mountain View, CA-based provider of same-day prescription delivery and telehealth services, today announced it is raising a $73M in Series C funding through equity crowdfunding platform SeedInvest. 

– By leveraging customized robotic dispensing, industry-leading consumer and driver apps, and QuickFill, a proprietary pharmacy management and logistics system, NowRx can offer same-day end-to-end services, from online prescribing to prescription delivery. This includes telehealth services to prescribe for several conditions, searches for discount coupons, insurance approval, payment assistance, live customer service, and same-day prescription delivery. T

– NowRx will use the funds for the expansion of its same-day delivery of prescriptions and telehealth services. Once completed, the Series C round will bring the company’s total funding to more than $100M. Since opening the Series C round to reservations more than $8M has already been committed. 

– NowRX has shown tremendous momentum in the last 12 months, expanding from two to eight geographic territories (in Northern California, Southern California and Phoenix) while serving more than 35,000 customers through the delivery of more than 365,000 prescriptions. It also recently launched NowRx Telehealth, targeting the $61 billion global telehealth market.
