– Tegria today announced it has acquired Colburn Hill Group, a revenue cycle management firm with technologies that have helped healthcare providers tackle some of their most difficult RCM challenges. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
– A centerpiece of the acquisition is Colburn Hill’s Ops Center RCM platform, which integrates analytics and process automation technology to increase efficiency and eliminate wasteful manual workflows in the RCM process.
– Colburn Hill’s leadership and team of more than 75 employees is based across the U.S. with primary locations in Chicago and Manchester, New Hampshire. As part of the acquisition, Colburn Hill will join Tegria as part of Tegria’s RCM solutions group, which will continue to support its current customer portfolio while also partnering with teams across Tegria to collaborate on new combined offerings and mutual clients.
