TytoCare

iQor, a global leader in customer experience and managed services for many of the world’s leading brands, will announce a partnership with Israeli connected health start-up, TytoCare. TytoCare, who offers patients a virtual medical examination experience via a diagnostic device and software platform, has selected iQor to provide its patient and physician support services.

The iQor/TytoCare partnership is a prime example of innovative companies that are exploring ways to deliver on the connected health opportunity. iQor will enable TytoCare to capture and correlate customer, device, and analytics data to deliver a smarter, more seamless connected health experience.

According to Deloitte’s Centre for Health Solutions’ 2014 Connected Health: How Digital Technology is Tranforming Health and Social Care report, the connected health market is poised to reach $21.5 billion by 2018, an average annual increase of 54.9 percent since 2013. Europe represents the largest market in the Deloitte study, estimated at more than $7 billion.

In order to capitalize on this burgeoning market, connected health companies must be in tune with not just the needs of patients, but also have an understanding of the entire healthcare ecosystem. The companies that successfully connect the patient journey and the product journey, and seamlessly allow the patient and product to interact with the entire ecosystem of providers will emerge successful. It’s vital that connected health companies seek out partnerships with customer experience and managed services experts, such as iQor, that truly understand the consumer needs, product lifecycles, and the supply chain, as well as healthcare compliance.

“TytoCare is transforming primary care by putting health back in the hands of consumers,” said Dedi Gilad, CEO and co-founder at TytoCare in a statement. “With our recent commercial launch, we wanted a service partner who could not just support all aspects of our connected health solution, from distribution, order management, billing, and technical support to device returns and repair, but also provide TytoCare with integrated insights necessary for continued product innovation and operational efficiencies. By partnering with iQor, our users will get exceptional support.”
