Salus Telehealth and VideoMedicine have merged a to form a new end to end telehealth company – Salus Telehealth, Inc. The new full service telehealth company will offer comprehensive telemedicine device and software solutions, including a direct to consumer healthcare apps. As part of the merger, the new Board of Directors will be made up of an equal number of members from VideoMedicine and Salus Telehealth. Paula Guy has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed organization and Dr. Jeffrey Kesler has been named the Chief Operating Officer. Salus Telehealth, Inc. will maintain offices in Waycross, Georgia and Chicago, Illinois.
