Pelegrin is tasked with spearheading Pager Health’s comprehensive revenue expansion, formulating and executing growth strategies, leading business development initiatives, and overseeing commercialization activities.
His deep expertise lies in scaling healthcare technology solutions, particularly across the payer market, and developing highly effective strategies to achieve significant market penetration. Prior to Pager Health, Pelegrin served as Chief Revenue Officer at Convey Health Solutions, where he successfully built and led the sales and marketing organization, driving substantial top-line growth and establishing Convey as a market leader in Medicare Advantage tech-enabled services. Earlier in his career, Pelegrin was instrumental as head of payer sales at BenefitFocus, helping to build the company into a market leader in software solutions for healthcare and benefits administration, which contributed to its successful IPO.
Jill Kirchner Named VP to Drive Health Plan Partnerships and ASO Growth
Jill Kirchner, a high-impact sales leader and experienced healthcare executive, takes the helm as Vice President of Health Plan Partnerships and Growth. Her appointment marks a key milestone in Pager Health’s focused strategy to drive Administrative Services Only (ASO) profitability and increase market share specifically for its health plan partners.
Kirchner joins Pager Health from Accolade, where she served as Vice President of Partnerships. There, she led the development of innovative distribution channels and successfully leveraged Accolade’s capabilities to forge groundbreaking partnerships, driving revenue through embedded book-of-business solutions and expanding ASO membership retention and growth. Her extensive experience includes serving as Senior Director of strategic contracting at BioTelemetry, during which the company achieved $450 million in sales before its acquisition by Philips’ Connected Care segment. Kirchner’s more than two decades in healthcare also feature leadership roles at Walgreens and Aetna.
