ReferWell Appoints Kevin Healy as New CEO to Drive Growth

– ReferWell, a digital healthcare company specializing in navigating care access, has announced the appointment of Kevin Healy as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2025. 

– In 2025, ReferWell aims to identify new opportunities to leverage its care scheduling platform and care concierge service to break down barriers to care. The company is committed to connecting data and empathy to positively impact patient health outcomes and drive better access to care.

Healy Bio/Background

Healy’s impressive career includes leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Optum, where he oversaw major business units and shaped strategies that improved efficiency and patient engagement. He also served as Chief Growth Officer at Inspiris, where he led sales and marketing teams. Additionally, Healy served as the chairperson of the RISE conference and sat on the advisory committee for over 14 years.

Healy succeeds Vytas Kisielius, who successfully led ReferWell’s efforts to elevate care access through innovative solutions that improve patient engagement and health outcomes.
