Support for Imprivata IGA Customers
As part of the acquisition, Imprivata will promote SailPoint as its exclusive identity security partner in healthcare. Both parties will develop high-fidelity technical integrations between Imprivata Enterprise Access Management (EAM) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.SailPoint is committed to supporting Imprivata’s existing IGA customers by offering:
- Continued Support: Providing ongoing support for customers who choose to remain on Imprivata’s IGA platform.
- Migration Assistance: Developing detailed migration plans for customers interested in transitioning to SailPoint’s Identity Security Cloud.
