Traverse Exchange empowers healthcare providers with powerful tools to compile and curate patient data, offering a comprehensive view of a patient’s health history. By streamlining data access and exchange, the network aims to improve care coordination, reduce redundancies, and enhance patient outcomes.
Traverse Exchange key features include:
- Nationwide Connectivity: Enables data sharing between MEDITECH customers and other healthcare organizations using different EHR systems.
- TEFCA Compliance: Adheres to the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA) standards for secure data exchange.
