Ciox Health , today announce its partnership with NextGen Healthcare to streamline medical record retrievals, reducing faxes and phone calls needed. The technology-driven healthcare company has joined forces with NextGen Healthcare to boost efficiency of medical record release and deepen integration of health plan requests, laying the foundation for further use of advanced technologies in the way health information is exchanged.
The joint service, Ciox Clinical Extract Service with NextGen Share, automates electronic transmission of medical information on behalf of Ciox’s health plan customers. The service will significantly reduce the number of faxes and phone calls required for information retrieval, while improving the speed of delivery.
