USF Taps Kyruus to Optimize Patient-Provider Matching

Kyruus announced today that USF Health at the University of South Florida has selected the company’s ProviderMatch solutions to improve patient access and optimize patient-provider matching to deliver an enhanced patient and provider satisfaction. As USF Health is a growing academic medical center, Kyruus’ technology will help streamline access center operations and ensure patients are being matched to the most clinically appropriate provider based on their unique preferences.

Situated in an increasingly competitive market, the academic medical center sought a solution that would improve patient experience and retention, while simultaneously helping providers care for patients best aligned with their clinical areas of focus. The KyruusOne platform will enable USF Health to gain a new level of insight into providers’ clinical expertise as well as their appointment availability across the network. With KyruusOne powering ProviderMatch, agents will be able to match patients with the right providers at the right time, while better aligning network capacity with patient demand.

USF Health will also implement ProviderMatch for Consumers on its website to strengthen its online presence and provide the modern digital experience patients are looking for today. Deploying ProviderMatch both in its access center and on its website will help USF Health deliver a consistent patient experience across these key access points, empowering agents and consumers with the same robust search capabilities. In addition, through in-app analytics, the USF Health team will be able to track key patient access metrics across both channels.
