The seamless integration of Healthwise content within Zynx Health plans of care will create more efficient workflows and place evidence-based education resources at the fingertips of providers.
As part of the integration, Healthwise educational content is mapped to each step of the Zynx plan of care. As a result, care team members are equipped to deliver consistent health content and patient education, enhancing care coordination and creating more efficient workflows. Healthwise partners with hospitals, electronic medical record (EMR) providers, health plans, care management companies, and health websites to provide up-to-date, evidence-based information
