- Real-Time Risk Screening: Integrates validated tools like the Ask Suicide-Screening Questions (ASQ) and Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) to flag at-risk individuals immediately upon entry into ED, inpatient, or ambulatory environments.
- Active Care Monitoring: Embedded surveillance engines continuously monitor patient records, pushing real-time notifications out to the clinical care team to track high-risk individuals while in the facility.
- Interactive Safety Planning: Clinicians can co-create the Stanley-Brown Patient Safety Plan within the EHR, giving patients a practical tool to identify personal warning signs, coping mechanisms, and emergency contacts before leaving the care setting.
- Structured Treatment Referrals: Leverages patient registries and automated call-back reminders to ensure seamless referrals for evidence-based care using the CAMS Framework®, which is clinically proven to resolve suicidal ideation in as few as six sessions.
