Following a highly successful initial deployment phase, the expanded rollout will scale Reimagine Care’s conversational AI assistant, Remi, alongside a dedicated virtual oncology team to establish a continuous clinical signal across additional Moffitt locations.

While the digital health ecosystem is frequently flooded with early-stage generative AI pilots that struggle to prove structural efficacy, the collaboration between Moffitt and Reimagine Care enters its next phase backed by clear, real-world data.

An evaluation of nearly 7,000 distinct patient interactions—encompassing proactive check-ins, electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePROs), automated symptom pathways, and clinical escalations—revealed exceptional operational and financial returns:

  • Virtually Managed Care: A staggering 97% of all patient encounters were independently resolved by Reimagine Care’s integrated platform, completely bypassing the need to escalate care or add administrative burdens to primary Moffitt providers.
  • Deflecting Inpatient Crises: Proactive, early-stage intervention resulted in only 2.4% of total patient interactions requiring emergency department referrals.
  • Sustained Home Recovery: 94% of acute symptom management encounters were resolved entirely virtually, allowing patients to recover safely inside their own homes.

Reimagine Care has systematically dismantled this trend, documenting an exceptional 99% patient engagement rate in month one, which sustained at 81% in month two, 76% in month three, and maintained a massive 63% program retention rate at the six-month mark.
