Infinite Launches Epic Center of Excellence to Streamline EHR Delivery and Reduce Operational Risk

Infinite has launched a dedicated Epic Center of Excellence (COE), bringing together a centralized team of certified Epic analysts to support healthcare providers and payers across implementation, optimization, and long-term EHR performance. The COE is designed to extend Infinite’s deep Epic expertise through a scalable, certified delivery model that reduces human capital risk, improves access to specialized talent, and lowers overall costs for healthcare organizations.

Through the COE, clients gain end-to-end Epic services spanning implementation and upgrade support, third-party technical integrations, advanced reporting, system enhancements, optimization initiatives, and enterprise-wide standardization. By consolidating these capabilities within a single, certified team, Infinite enables health systems to accelerate timelines while maintaining consistency and quality across Epic environments.

“Infinite’s new Center of Excellence is a dedicated hub for innovation, collaboration, and elevating the Epic experience,” said Jake Morrison, Global Practice Head for Healthcare at Infinite. “As Epic adoption expanded over the past decade, the need for more sophisticated and reliable support became clear. The COE was built to meet that demand with certified professionals and proven delivery frameworks tailored to healthcare organizations.”
