– Samsung has officially partnered with iFIT, a recognized leader in connected fitness and interactive content, to integrate a suite of premium workouts directly into the Samsung Health platform. 

– The collaboration is designed to enhance the personalized fitness experience for millions of users, reinforcing Samsung’s commitment to preventive health.

Workout Variety and Free Monthly Content

Users can now access a wide range of expert-guided iFIT workouts directly within the fitness tab of the Samsung Health app. This content is seamlessly integrated with the Galaxy Watch, allowing users to view real-time metrics—including session duration, heart rate, and calories burned—displayed alongside the workout video on their device screen.

The new iFIT integration offers a diverse catalog of workouts spanning seven popular fitness categories, ensuring there is content for every user and goal:

  • Mindfulness
