What You Should Know:

– hellocare.ai, an AI-assisted virtual care delivery platform announced it has entered into a collaboration with Mayo Clinic focused on ambient clinical intelligence. The AI company also announced the expansion of its previously announced $47M growth round, welcoming Mayo Clinic as its latest investor.

– The collaboration aims to leverage technology for a more proactive approach to healthcare, with the potential to reduce hospitalizations, decrease the severity of illness, and improve patient quality of life.

A Unified Platform for Modern Hospital Care

The collaboration will focus on developing and implementing next-generation ambient clinical intelligence. This technology is designed to aid providers in early disease detection, reduce clinician workload, and support safer, more proactive inpatient care. Currently deployed across more than 70 health systems, hellocare.ai’s unified platform enables hospitals to deliver a suite of AI-assisted services. These include ambient documentation, digital whiteboards, patient engagement, and hospital-at-home services, all delivered through a deeply integrated, enterprise-grade solution.

“Collaborating with Mayo Clinic – the number one hospital in the world – on ambient clinical intelligence allows us to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI, resulting in smarter, safer, and more responsive care at scale,” said Labinot Bytyqi, Founder and CEO of hellocare.ai.

Mayo Clinic will use any revenue it receives to support its not-for-profit mission in patient care, education and research.
