What You Should Know:

–  Autonomize AI, a pioneer in AI-driven healthcare solutions, today announced that it raised $28 million in a Series A funding, bringing total capital raised to $32 million to date.

–   The round was led by Valtruis, The Cigna Group Ventures, Tau Ventures, and other strategic investors. Asset Management Ventures, ATX Venture Partners and Capital Factory are among the company’s existing investors who also participated.

Autonomize AI Secures Funding to Scale Agentic AI for Healthcare Operations Transformation

Autonomize AI, founded in 2022 by Ganesh Padmanabhan and Kris Nair, is advancing a new model of healthcare delivery by addressing operational inefficiencies with its Agentic AI Orchestration platform. The latest round of funding will enable the company to scale its solutions and help healthcare organizations reduce administrative complexity, enhance clinician capacity, and improve care delivery outcomes.

Unlike traditional automation tools or generic generative AI platforms, Autonomize AI offers a purpose-built, healthcare-native orchestration engine. Its pre-trained, deployable AI agents function as intelligent Copilots across complex workflows such as care management, utilization review, benefits coordination, and chart review. These agents collaborate in a coordinated, multi-agent system designed to align with real-world healthcare operations—not just prompt-based responses.

The platform is already deployed at scale within Fortune 100 healthcare enterprises, delivering measurable operational improvements:

·       36,000 clinical hours saved per month by automating repetitive administrative tasks

·       Over 100,000 automated care plans generated monthly to support higher-value patient interactions

·       Up to 50% faster decisions on prior authorizations and claims, accelerating patient access to care

Autonomize AI distinguishes itself through enterprise-grade explainability, built-in transparency, and compliance-ready workflows. It supports regulated healthcare environments with human-in-the-loop systems, ensuring accountability and trust in every decision made by its agents.

As CEO Ganesh Padmanabhan stated, “The current healthcare system is no longer suited for the way care is delivered today—and too often, patients and clinicians pay the price in delayed treatment, wasted time, and unnecessary friction. Automation alone is not the answer for healthcare, but accountable, human-centered AI augmentation is.”

With strong traction across multiple healthcare and life sciences segments, Autonomize AI is uniquely positioned to drive scalable impact by solving high-friction, high-value operational challenges—ultimately making healthcare more accessible, efficient, and patient-centered.
