What You Should Know:

– Ultrahuman, a pioneer in health optimization technology, today announced a significant ramp-up in its U.S. manufacturing capacity for its flagship product, the Ring AIR. The company’s dedicated “UltraFactory,” established in partnership with U.S.-based electronics manufacturing business SVtronics, has been operational in Plano, Texas, since November 2024 and is now poised for substantial expansion.

– With these expansion plans, Ultrahuman aims to serve 100% of the U.S. demand for the Ring AIR directly from its Texas facility. The company projects that the UltraFactory will soon scale its production capabilities to more than half a million units annually, marking a significant step in its commitment to American consumers and domestic manufacturing.

Meeting U.S. Demand and Driving Regional Economic Growth

As Ultrahuman scales its production capacity towards the half-million annual unit mark, the primary goal is to meet the entirety of U.S. demand directly from within the country. This localization is also set to have a positive impact on the regional economy.

The UltraFactory is expected to drive significant economic growth in Plano and the surrounding area, with projections to create hundreds of high-skilled jobs. This investment in local talent and advanced manufacturing capabilities underscores Ultrahuman’s commitment to strengthening both the U.S. technology and healthcare industries.

“Bringing manufacturing to the US is a key step in our vision to empower more people with real-time health insights,” said Mohit Kumar, Founder and CEO of Ultrahuman. “The UltraFactory in Plano, Texas, allows us to deliver products faster, enhance quality control, and further strengthen our commitment to American consumers to bring them cutting-edge health technology.”

“Our mission has always been to revolutionize human performance, and we recognize that manufacturing plays a critical role in that journey,” added Kumar. “The UltraFactory represents a leap forward, not just for Ultrahuman, but for the future of smart health wearables in the US. We are excited to continue investing in this ecosystem and bringing more world-class technology to consumers.”
