What You Should Know:

– Persivia, a frontrunner in advanced digital health platforms, today announced a significant $107M investment from Aldrich Capital Partners and the issuance of U.S. Patent No. 12,254,975 B2 for its innovative Health Data Processing System.

– The dual achievement marks a pivotal moment for the company and the healthcare industry, as Persivia aims to scale its AI-first CareSpace® platform and redefine care delivery, measurement, and management.

– The substantial investment, finalized at the end of February, equips Persivia with the necessary capital to accelerate its growth, enhance platform innovation, bolster client success initiatives, and expand its market presence.

Patented AI Engine to Revolutionize Care Delivery

The newly granted patent specifically protects the core artificial intelligence capabilities embedded in CareSpace®, Persivia’s modular digital health platform. At the heart of CareSpace® lies Soliton®, Persivia’s now-patented AI engine. Unlike conventional platforms that primarily surface data, Soliton® actively ingests, analyzes, prioritizes, and delivers actionable insights in real time. This enables healthcare teams to efficiently respond to the most critical patient needs, manage complex patient populations effectively, and streamline clinical workflows through a unified interface.

CareSpace® is meticulously designed to support healthcare organizations in their transition from traditional fee-for-service models to value-based care. Its modular architecture, with the Soliton® AI engine at its core, offers the flexibility to deploy specific solutions as needed, covering a wide spectrum of use cases including data management, care coordination, quality improvement, population health management, analytics, virtual care, and risk adjustment.

The company plans to significantly grow its sales force over the next year and roll out new AI-powered solutions aimed at boosting operational efficiency and patient management for healthcare organizations nationwide.

“This isn’t just a win for Persivia, it is a great day for US healthcare as a whole,” said Dr. Mansoor Khan, CEO of Persivia. “With the industry-leading platform, new capital and a newly issued patent, we’re ready to deliver on a vision that’s been 20 years in the making—solving healthcare’s toughest challenges with an AI core that is now patented, proven, and deployed at scale.”
